Switch from Oraxis without rebuilding your flow

Before you start

This takes about five minutes and changes nothing on Oraxis. Exporting is a read: your project stays exactly where it is, still running, until you decide otherwise. Nothing here sends a message to anyone until you switch it on yourself.

What comes across

• Every step of your flow, in the same order, with the same waits between them.
• Your questions and their answer buttons, including which button leads where.
• Your follow-ups for people who never tap anything.
• Your whole knowledge base: questions, answers, and the ones you marked to send word for word.
• Your trigger keywords, emoji and all.
• Your pictures and videos, copied onto our own storage so they keep working whatever happens to your Oraxis account.
• Your quiet hours.

What does not

Said up front rather than discovered later. After the import we show you this same list again, for your project specifically.

Appointment booking

Oraxis can collect a name, contact, date and time and send a confirmation. We do not do that yet. A step that offers showroom times comes across as an ordinary message, which is what most of them already are.

Automatic nudges and no-reply alerts

Oraxis can chase a customer who goes quiet, and tell you when nobody has replied. Neither exists here yet. Follow-ups you drew INTO your flow do come across and do fire.

Hand-off contacts

The phone numbers Oraxis notifies are not carried over. We never store a number out of that file. Set your hand-off up again under WhatsApp, which takes a minute.

Your contacts and past chats

Not in the file Oraxis gives you, so nobody can move them. Your conversations are still on your phone, where they always were.

Moving it

   Step 1: Export your project from Oraxis

   Log in to Oraxis and open My Project. On the row for the project you want, press the export button, the one beside the pencil and the copy icons. Your browser saves a file named something like project-590-Your-Project-2026-08-05.json.

   It has to be that .json file. Oraxis also has Export buttons on its tables, but those save a CSV holding only the list of your projects, not what is inside them.

   Step 2: Upload it here

   Go to Projects, then Bring a project across, and choose the file you just saved.

   Step 3: Read what we tell you

   We show you what came across and anything that behaves differently, in plain words. That report stays on the project, so you can come back to it.

   Step 4: Check your steps

   Open the flow and read it the way a customer would receive it. This is also when your pictures finish copying over.

   Step 5: Connect your number and switch it on

   Pair the WhatsApp number you already use, then turn the flow on. Until you do that, nobody receives anything at all. You can leave it off as long as you like, and run both tools side by side while you decide.

One real difference: the AI

Oraxis’s AI is chattier. It can be set to push for an appointment, and in residential mode it will work out loan sums for a customer who asks.

Ours will not do either. It answers only from the knowledge base you gave it, in whatever language the customer wrote in, and when it does not know something it says so and hands the conversation to you. It will not improvise a price.

That is a deliberate choice, not a missing feature. You are the one whose name is on the sale, so a bot that cannot invent a number is the point.

Quiet hours work differently too

If you set quiet hours on Oraxis, a customer messaging at 3am got nothing back. Here they get their reply as soon as your quiet hours end, in the right order and spaced out normally, so a lead who wrote to you overnight is still answered.
